Priris

These are the workers of the Price Tre Ui Meve Crostco. They handle all the day to day rough and tumble job, no matter how small or large, legal or illegal. They would handle a body guard job as well as a kidnapping or assassination. It would depend on their skill set and where in the hierarchy of Priri they are.   Each Priri is assigned a Coddzi (partner). They will move up the ranks of the Priri together. When it's time to be promoted to Dontampas, they would be promoted to cities or area next to one another.

Career

Payment & Reimbursement

Salary and wages are based on where they are ranked in the Meve and if they are full time or work on a per job basis.   Per Job Basis:   If they work on a per job basis, then payment will be based on their rank and job, with bonuses for successful and timely completion. Most of the Priris that work on a per basis job are working to gain enough rank to go full time or are at retirement age and still want to keep their hand in (keep busy). Those that are trying to gain rank are going to get low paying scut jobs that will mostly be helping higher rank Priris or Coddzi pair, so that they can prove their worth. For those retirees who still want to work on occasion, they would get paid an equivalent to what they were worth when they retired. Bonuses would be paid out when a job was completed early or when done especially successful.   Salary Employees:   Salary is based off rank and time. Each Priri or Coddzi pair is required to complete any job handed done to them by their Ziampas and would be paid for a salary for completely those jobs. This is their full time career and their Ziampas is their boss. One week, they might be the strong arm of a protection racket (illegal). The next week, they may be work as the protection detail for a trade convoy to another territory (legal). It all depends on what the Ziampas decides.

Other Benefits

The benefits of being in the Meve versus not being in it comes down to if you are part of the Bera Clan - Rat Clan. If you are part of the Bera Clan and you want to live outside of Jordisk City, the safest way is to be part of the Price Tre Ui Meve Crostco. The reputation of the Bera Clan is horrible with most of the other clan because of how they played all the clans off one another during the Era of Pakanga. Even now, over 1000 years later, most shifters consider the Bera Clan to be backstabbing, two faced and evil. BUT the Price Tre Ui Meve Crostco has a reputation for being trustworthy even as they are an semi-illegal organization.   Another benefit of being part of the Price Tre Ui Meve Crostco is how wealthy it is. The Meve tends to pay better and take better care of their employees, even the ones that work on a per job basis. The Meve will also take care of any family if an employee gets permanently injured or killed while working on the job. Plus, working for the Price Tre Ui Meve Crostco is very prestigious, especially if you are working on the legal side or at least look like you are working on the legal side.
