Neon Mech
Neon Mech was an OG for the Reality Hackers, a gang full of cyborgs that have to be backed by a corporation using them as mobile test units for freaky combat modifications. Neon Mech himself is an ork who was born in the Noose and detests it, considering it a backward and primitive place. With Matrix coverage so spotty and weak, he enjoys periodically coming back to the Noose to cause problems and wreak havoc on what little wireless capability there is.
Neon Mech is the current leader of the Reality Hackers, and he has come to a detente with Hez and the Haymarket Nation now that everybody is trapped in the Zone. The Reality Hackers are going to need to Haymarket to trade now that corporate backing is questionable and unlikely at best. And, he holds the keys to the northern end of the Noose, so he can tax anybody needing to pass through.
