Mr. Aoshi
Mr. Aoshi has been in Chicago a little less than a decade. Sent here after he became too hot to be in Japan after Yakuza in fighting in 2047, he is on the books a special projects manager for Mitsuhama. Off the books, he is the underboss of the Yakuza in Chicago, and was known to be overseeing the underwold war against the O'Toole mafia. He worked with the Almighty Saviors to bring that war to a peaceful conclusion... after a mass killing had already occurred. Word in the shadows is that old Mr. Yamato, the Oyabun of Chicago, has moved to Denver to consolidate holdings there, leaving Mr. Aoshi to manage the Yakuza in Chicago. Mr. Aoshi was arrested in March, 2055.
Mr. Aoshi is in Prison rather than City Jail, so is outside of the Chicago Containment Zone.
We must return to the way things once were.
