Little Bill
A patched in member of the Spikes Motorcycle Club - that'd make him an OG in Englewood - Little Bill is a crafty dwarf who has had to play dirty and mean to get ahead in a gang populated overwhelmingly by humans. It also helps to know when to duck. Bill's as much of a talker as he is a fighter, though, and his silver tongue has picked up some jobs for the Spikes working protection for the O'Toole's.
The Spikes Motorcycle Club was absorbed by the Fleshmongers, and effectively ceased to exist. Little Bill is now patched into the Fleshmonger Motorcycle Club, whose bottom rocker now claims Humboldt Park.
A man who doesn't loose his cool under fire, that's a man who'll kill you.
