James "Jim" O'Toole
Unchallenged leader of the mafia in Chicago, Don Jim O'Toole though Irish had Sicilian blood from his great grandfather and has controlled the Chicago families since 2047. The family controlled gambling, guns, and girls across most of Chicago. Jim has a theatric streak about him, and has claimed that he's blood related to Al Capone. And, he's more forward thinking than some other family heads - he's accepted magic as part of the family's activities since he came to power, and while there are no known metahumans in the O'Toole family, there are quite a few who are Associates of the family.
