Hez

Hez is an OG for the Skraacha, an ork gang that offers some measure of protection for the people living in the Noose. Hez means scar in Or’zet, which he’s called that for obvious reasons. He doesn't much like outsiders, especially hates ones coming down looking for trouble.

Hez wasn't at Murphy's when the shootout happened there, but a lot of his friends were. As a result, the Skraacha have been looking for friends and family of Madd Mike and Mother Grendel. They're not doing anything to them, yet. But they'll pay for info. And the Yakuza have become persona non grata in the Noose.

After the attack on the Skraacha and other gangs in the Noose by Mr. White, Hez is now the Skraacha's new head honcho, who's firmly backed by the bear shaman, Rhutra.

With the invasion of the insect Spirits, the Skraacha have taken over the Marina and the Market, and opened up an area for open trade that Hez has dubbed the Haymarket Nation. It's free to enter the Nation from the South, and Ghoultown to its immediate north allows passage. But, the Reality Hackers charge a toll to anybody that wants to pass all the way through the Noose - right now, the only path from North Chicago to South Chicago unless you have help from the military or Ares
