Dr. Christopher Tojiro
Doctor Christopher Tojiro is in the black market cyberware business, but isn't really in business for himself. A designer that worked for Mitsuhama, they didn't just take a finger when they failed him, they took both his arms. Of course, that's not the setback that it once might have been. He got new arms, but his patron for these arms was the O'Toole mob. Now, he works for them.
Alphakinetiq called in Detective Athack to report the brothel with unwillingly cybered hookers that Dr. Tojiro was operating out of. Dr. Tojiro, not knowing who was the source of his most recent strife in life, is now being held by Ares. Word is that he's singing like a canary, and the Yakuza may be looking to quiet him before any trials begin.
