Agent Jasmine Davis
An agent working Violent Crimes in the FBI, Jasmine Davis is an old friend of East. She got out of the hood, but she remembers her roots, and she's loyal. Still, she's an honest cop rather than a corrupt one, so while she's a great source of information, and can even make the wheels of bureaucracy turn in East's favor, she isn't the sort of police that you want to call to help cover up a murder, or even be too overt how deeply involved you are in the drug game. That being said, if there's ever a time when you need the FBI to come down hard on somebody, having Agent Davis on speed dial is a great thing to have.
After Day Two of Bug City, contact with Agent Davis becomes difficult. Many, if not all, Federal Law Enforcement officers were called to the staging headquarters at Midway Airfield. Few re-entered the containment zone, and Agent Davis was not among those that did.
You can't be an FBI agent without being cautious and thinking things through. It's just part of the training.
