RACE
ATTRIBUTES
Dnd - use as is including racial bonuses, starting bonuses = 2 attribute points
SKILLS
Dnd - race = 2 skill proficiencies, starting class = 2 skill proficiencies
RACIAL FEATURES
Dnd - average of 3 starting racial features (these can be used as is)
PROFICIENCIES
Dnd - starting class = average of 3 weapon, armor or tool proficiencies
CLASS FEATURES
Dnd - 1 class feat = 1 level up, plus average of 2 starting features

Dnd - 1 feat = 2 ability points
character building and leveling… Choose race as normal and build with dnd stats, 4d6 drop the lowest (must get two scores 16 or higher, or reroll), HP comes from race as said before. Get racial feats, skills and proficiencies. Choose dnd background or modify to fit setting. Get five weapon, armor, tool or vehicle proficiencies that would have come from class - any you want. Get two saves. Get two skill proficiencies. Get two feats or class features to match what you’d get from a class - any you want, plus one bonus one to make a rounded character from the start.
Leveling with xp like dnd, on level up get two feats, class features, proficiencies or ability score increases (worth two points), and add hp equal to Con modifier with a minimum of 1.
Xp awards - same as dnd, by enemy or encounter, with modifiers eg halved if the mission failed but pcs survived, add extra if extra objectives achaived etc.
