Earlie appears to be a man in his early sixties, his origins are somewhat shrouded in mystery (Though he insists that he's been born and raised in good ol' Oregon, despite his thick southern accent and Confederate cultural references) Earlie can best be described as a bottom of the barrel vendor. He trades in junk, and generally sells junk. The weapons and armor you will get from him will be a great deal cheaper than the main-market stuff, but it will be nearly GUARANTEED to be broken in some way. Sometimes though, he brings in things that can't be found easily on the open market. Old-pre awakening relics, or Eurowar antiques, strange artifacts, or even just extremely sought after collectors items have all made it onto Earlie's shelves (Usually with a price-tag undeserving of its true worth).
Earlie has made a living scavenging around abandoned parts of Seattle and, various Z-Zones around the country since he was young. Sometimes he even encourages others to come along to keep him company (Though usually this is just to have someone better armed, with quicker reflexes and faster wits than himself ensure he doesn't bite it out there if he suspects the area is a touch too dangerous to go alone)
