This silver torc helps the wearer overcome the effect of Stuns allowing him or her to add a +30 bonus to any Stunned Maneuver attempt. In addition, the wearer can “shake off” 1d2 Stuns with a successful (100 or greater) Constitution roll. This can only be done once each combat.
