Shock Ring: This ring contain 1-50 charges. At will, the wearer can inflict a “C” electricity critical by touching an opponent with his hand. This uses one charge. The charge can also be sent through a metal weapon allowing the weapon to deliver electricity crits in addition to normal damage.
