Dr. Aris Thorne arrived in Shadow Falls nearly thirty years ago, a gifted surgeon seeking refuge from a personal tragedy he rarely speaks of. He quickly became the quiet, steadfast healer of the isolated community. Alongside his sharp and compassionate assistant, Elaine, he tends to everything from broken bones to the town's most mysterious ailments.
