The Votil Flower is a red flower from Orion Prime. While Mostly Harmless, it can be refined to make a Votillian Toxin, a highly lethal and hard to trace toxin. Thus, import and export of the Votil flowers are strictly controlled. Several Kilograms of flowers are need to be refined into a usable dosage, and it requires a lot of biomedical knowledge to get it right.
