You call forth a swirling, crackling wave of constantly shifting pops, flashes, and swpt-up debris. This chaos can confound one creature. If the target creature fails a Wisdom saving throw, roll 1d4 and consult the following table to determine the result. An affected creature repeats the saving throw at the end of its turn, ending the effect on a success. Otherwise, the spell expires after 3 rounds
