Barracudas Disguised as Fishing Boats

Scavengers and fishermen in the New Venice region have spotted a number of suspicious and unidentified fishing boats. Runners at the Woodlands Bus Service Center #23 discover one such fishing boat being serviced. It is a Barracuda Patrol Boat. The boat was "liberated" by Lukas.
