The Lost Prince

A title that has circulated in recent years is the title of The Lost Prince. Originally, this was referring to the lost prince of Yunia who had been missing for decades. It still refers to the same prince, but has become more known as his godly title in the time since he became the God of Combat. Each god or goddess has their own title that they are referred to as. Such as Arcani, God of the Moon and God of Secrets, is referred to as The Shifter due to his ability to shift into many animals. The current ruler of the gods is Arashi Shokenji, God of Lightning and God of Horses, he is nicknamed Storm Charger since he races across the skies as lightning in the shape of a horse and the storms follow him wherever he goes.

The lost prince of Yunia is Ryutsuji Shirokami and he was the crown prince of Yunia before he disappeared when he was eighteen. The country mourned the loss of their prince because he was loved by many of the common people. His family also mourned him, but they were also deeply concerned because there was the Demon Prince Daetal, God of War, sealed within him. If Ryutsuji was not able to get the seal repaired on a regular occasion, then the seal could weaken to the point the God of War could escape and terrorize the populace as he did before.

Prince Ryutsuji was eventually found and brought back home, but the seal was all but gone. Ryutsuji and Daetal had both completely lost their memories of their home, but they fully remembered once they arrived back home. Daetal took the chance to break free, but there were gods that expected this, including Arcani who originally sealed Daetal into Ryutsuji’s ancestor, Stravia the Windblade. Daetal was subdued and died in agony as the God of Death devoured his soul so that he may never return to the world again.
