Library of the Gods
On the long forgotten island of Zufrou, there is a towering willow tree that stands thousands of feet over its surrounding trees with its dusky colored bark embedded with glowing gems and its long, flowing branches covered in flowers that are varying shades of pink. The willow tree itself is the Library of the Gods. Inside its trunk up into its branches and down into its roots is a collection of everything that has been written down. Whenever something new is written, it has a magical copy created in the roots of the willow.
Due to the danger of what could occur if anyone were to read the contents of the tree, only the gods are allowed into the Library. Even then, not all the gods have access to all the information in the tree, such as personal records pertaining to the gods themselves are placed under lock and key further into the tree. There is always one god tasked to be the Librarian. They are both a purveyor of knowledge and are the protector of the tree for when the tree is unable to protect itself. The last librarian was The Shifter Arcani, God of Secrets, but the title has since been passed to The Librarian Hinode, Goddess of Light and Goddess of Beauty, who is also the daughter of the current ruler of the gods, Stormcharger Arashi no Shokenji, God of Storms and God of Horses.
The tree itself is the body of The Weeping Queen Kulua, Goddess of Trees and the former queen of the dryads. Kulua is able to change her tree how she pleases and frequently changes the layout of the library itself when she is awake. Due to a nearly fatal injury she received, she does not wake up often and can be asleep for decades at a time, each time being longer than the last until she may not longer be able to wake up.
