META Infomation After many undocumented nuclear wars and the natural progression of global warming, Earth is no more. Humans began to lead immoral studies to control and manipulate the genetic make-up of beings. Soon, war was no longer implemented in attempt to claim land and rebel against religion, this post war limbo becoming the new way of life. After the final conflict known as The War of the Old Worlds (Also known at The War of Morpheus) – little remained. The few surviving beings had to rebuild civilisations, and the world began to grow over the following 2000 years. With limited resources from the old world, many scholars try to piece together the facts of the past, after all this time only one name stood out within the research. Morpheus. The Maori Experiments These were the experiments forced on people to alter their genetic makeup, later known as Maori, many years have passed since this time, the word Maori travelled through generations and now is a term associated with magical folk. Non magic folk can use Maori as a derogatory term and some lands wish to not be associated with the people they believe are cursed from the past.Data Data is the 'God' of Morpheus. They are believed to be an almighty being that created the lands and governed Morpheus. It is a common Morphian belief that when you die, you join Data's realm.
Septimo
Our story starts with the crew of Septimo, A large vessel in the shape of a whale that travels the oceans of Morpheus. The shell of the ship is comprised of reinforced steel, the engines crafted from the more advanced scraps of machinery salvaged from the past world. The base of the ship can submerge in water and leave only a few buildings to be seen upon the surface of the water. Offering a less obnoxious visual when the ship is docked. The ship is run by a crew, and functions as transportation for run-aways and travelers. All workers and travelers must sign a contract and share basic information if intending to remain on the ship long-term. Duties will be assigned to long-stay travelers and the ship functions as a home for anyone who stays upon it. The crew will fight, solve puzzles, collect information, and engage in missions to uncover the secrets that have eluded even the most diligent scholars. Paradise Realm
Buried Deep in the depths of Morpheus lays the history of the old world. This, to many of the common folk is discribed of 'Paradise Realm'. The old folks tale has been twisted so many times, however what remains in history is 4 keys are needed to unlock a grand door that leads in the depths of Morpheus, Is this true? Yes, There has been evidence a door exists if scolars did deep enough.... Does this door hold a magical fairy realm that can grant anyones wishes? Well, thats the mystery. It is said the 4 keys are broken into 3. A total of 12 peices scattered around each region of Morpheus. It is said that one man died retrieving the first 3 pieces of 1 key, this key lost to time and mystery.Rules and Guides
