The Order of Shalx

The Order of Shalx is what remains of the royal court of Shalx the First and Last Tiefling King of the City of Dis. Sebastian Shalx a white tiefling usurped the demon governors of the city of Shalx and planed to spread his tiefling rebellion to all the rings of Hell and perhaps even to the halls of castle pandemonium itself. Alas, the Shalx Uprising fell prey to infighting and sedition. Shalx's lover Raif Shasta an orange tiefling looking out for his own self interest believed that he would be better served returning the demons to power.    After the toppling of his government King Shalx was able to fight his way out of Dis and lead a long march to the Gates of Hell seeking to bargain with the sins dragons to allow him out of Hell in exchange for his eventual return to usher in the collapse of demonic society and the rise of the anarchic state lead by the strongest amongst the bloodlines descended from demons. Seeking entertainment when Shalx would one day return to most likely fail once again the sin dragons allowed his passage, but with a stipulation. He could only return to Hell when Raif Shasta returned to his side. It was only after passing through the gate that Shalx noticed that Mephistopheles had decorated the path through the gates with the ritualistically murdered members of the uprising who were captured. Raif was among their number, his soul confined to Hell for all eternity.    In his despair Shalx with his wandering court sought employment as mercenaries to the budding kingdoms of the material plane. It was while employed by a would be high magus of Atlantis that Shalx was sent to war against a clan of elvish mystics who lived alongside hags. Due to their infernal origin Shalx showed no quarter to the hags and their elvish allies. During the climax of this war Shalx was offered the chance to end the war and even gain a foothold from which to build a kingdom for his kin, the tieflings who fought alongside him. Shalx believing that any kingdom would fall prey to the same evil institutions as Hell itself scorned this offer of peace and brutally murdered the hags emissary with his bare hands.    It was then that The First Evil found him, and tempted him with the means to return Raif to his side. He was to murder every single hag and he could manifest from their blood a prophecy that would return Raif to him. After the brutalization Shalx was able to manifest the prophecy as The First Evil told him.    He prophecy read:
