Discovery of the Emperor's Scepter

First recorded instance of the monolithic black structure known in the era as "The Black Scepter" is discovered at the astrological center of the Seelen Stream. Found to be inert in initial records save for communication distortion and difficulty in warp translation for roughly one parsec around the monolith. Later dubbed " The Emperor's Scepter" during the Great Crusade.
