Rising from the cataclysmic Witches War, House Bertrand and its knigths slay the three High Hags in their system and appoint High King Jacque I as ruler of the newly stabilized worlds of Valloix Prime and Piedmonte within the Valloix System. The system would still be plagued by mutants and warp forged monstrosities until the Great Crusade.
