Silver Arrow

This is a sub formation that falls under Cacti.   The Silver Arrows are known for being very adaptable. They are dispatched when there is a need for stealth and blending in. These are highly trained Cacti who have lots of combat ability, but they also possess the skills needed to present themselves in an unassuming manner. Sometimes, they are sent to pose as security of a place, or construction workers, or random citizens. In order to properly do their jobs, these operatives must have the ability to lead people to believe that they are not more than they seem.   Doing this does require assistance from external items such as costumes, props, and accessories, but more over, this faction is known for the cool, calm, and collected nature of each individual.   If one is wearing a costume but still looks frantic and confused, they can come across as suspicious regardless. The pride of this formation is the fact that most operatives carry an underlying air of confidence, charisma, and persuasion that allows most people to easily fall for any lie. Even when things appear to be strange or suspicious, the conduct of these agents can quickly turn around any situation in their favor.   During Chollas, it is always tricky to go up against a team of Silver Arrows. In addition to their tactical combat skill, they also have silver tongues. Their acting skills are impeccable, and their improvisation is on-point.   By nature of the company, W.I.L.L.O.W.I.S.P. is ultimately a spy organization. Most of its operatives are expected to keep up some form of lie or secrecy. Still, the Cacti are more known for their impressive military training. Not all units are required to perform and act such as other departments of the agency must. They are focused on the fight or on not being seen. But when public interaction is necessary, the Silver Arrows dance along the line that separates military force from sly espionage, and they do so very well.
