Collection of islands in the Sound. A rising star within Seattle, its population has jumped by 20% since 2080. MCT has a massive presence here, but more importantly, the Sea Dragon recently moved in and made Outremer her primary lair. And not everybody knows how they feel about that yet. They do know they're afraid, though.
