Spell Resistance: No   An opalescent fog rises from water or damp ground, reducing visibility to 1 Hex. Unlike the "Occultizing Fog," this fog blocks all sounds beyond 2 Hex (effect as "Partially Silence") and heals 1 hit point/level (maximum 15) to anyone who remains within it for at least one round.   Enemies who don't breathe water take a -2 penalty on all attack rolls and saving throws while they remain within the fog.   > Lyraen often uses this fog as a defense during naval battles: it shrouds friendly fleets in silence and protection, confusing invaders.
