Amir El-Faez
An older but grizzled warrior in Tharsis, Amir has been through years as a laborer, years as a gladiator, and years as a temple guard of his home. Amir is owned by the Archdeacon of Braxen, Jedidiah Al-Jamal, who saw a similar fire and yearning for redemption in Amir that he himself possessed years ago, and bought him from the gladiator pits to serve as a Guardian's Hand.
Amir does not forgive himself for crimes he has committed that earned his sentence as a slave, and he has still not reconnected with his family that he left in order to receive punishment. Nonetheless, he protects the leaders of his city and faith still.
