Session 50
The Great Stone Chair
- The party, saying their goodbyes to Darpon, starts to make their way to the entrance of the giant stone chair.
- Alkinn and Izen both get a bad feeling going into the chair.
- The entrance requires the blood of a wild who has the ancestry of giants.
The Incounter
- As the group of adventurers searches inside the chair for the gemstone, they encounter something that they never thought they would.
- Before them was the avatar of the Raven Queen, the raven queen scoffing and surprised, insulting Alkinn as if they knew her personally. Izen, being a good friend, attempts to attack the Avatar of the queen and loses all of his good memories in the process. The memories of his parents now clouded, letting the tadpole in his mind fester even more.
- Now for the memories of Izen and the new quest to redeem Alkinn from the binds of her soul, the group leaps into the shadow fell to siege the castle of memories.
The Flip Side
- The party discovers that the shadowfell is almost an exact copy of the material plane, and Alkinn gets an image of the cabin in her mind.
- The Shadowfell was a dark, colorless landscape with no life, only being ruled by black and grey, something that Izen was feeling at that moment.
- The party makes their way to the cabin, battling the raven minions on the way there.
