Blue Armourfrill
The Blue Armourfrill is a very venomous snake, endemic to Kandrava Swamps. It is a close relative to the Grey Armourfrill but with sturdier scales and more potent venom. It is a strict carnivore that prey on any victim that crosses its path.
Pysical appearance
The Blue Armourfrill looks similar to the Grey Armourfill but usually is 20 to 30 centimetres shorter. The most distinctive differences are in the collar armour. When armour unfolds, its inner surface and the fine scales between radial bones glow a bright blue.Feeding preferences
The Blue Armomurfrill is a short-tempered snake tormented by endless hunger. It is an aggressive predator that attacks without provocation regardless of the victim's size, speed, behaviour, and equipment. Its preferred tactic is to wait in an ambush amongst a tree's crown until a potential prey passes under. Then the snake falls over it and bites, injecting it with venom. The venom contains a mix of potent toxins that immediately begin digesting and dissolving the victim. The snake can be found in some shallow pit, covered by leaves or grasses, waiting to bite careless passersby. The Blue Armourfrill is also very tolerant to saltwater and sometimes may be found in coastal waters to hunt waterborne animals. Regardless of the chosen hunting tactic, once the snake delivers the 'wet' bite, it withdraws and waits for the venom to work. When the victim dies and is severely digested the Armourfrill swallows it whole.
