Westveldshire

The common name for the region surrounding Hookton, and all those lands north of the Tyne and into the foothills of the Dragonspines.   A spattering of small communities dot the heavily forested and often boggy tracts of land. Hookton is the most notable of these, as it is through here that Hollow elves enter and leave the domain of the human sovereignties. It is rumored that if one presses deep into the wilds, that they may arrive at an intersection of the swamps, the fingers of the Sommerwald, and the Dragonspines, and there find the hidden entrance to Shayfordwall, the mythical city of Halflings and the site of their invisible trade nexus.   The communities who venture further into the mountains must contend with the reclusive Dragonborn enclaves, who guard the secrets of the mountains with religious zeal.
