Protector of mothers
Nyrs is the goddess of safe childbirth, midwives, and pregnancy. While nominally part of the Dwarven Pantheon she is subordinate to her mother the nature goddess Eo. While, the followers of the goddess are not particularly plentiful and many do not even venerate Nyrs as their primary deity, her roll in the continuation of mortal life has given her a following in all major settlements and cultures.
