Lidanener
The free-city of Lidanener is an elven city located on an island in the center of the Shattered Sea. It maintains its independence by acting as the intermediary between the two larger elven states of Hime and Yvalia, both of which find its existence politically convenient. It is a major stopping point for trade in the region.
