Dreadmouth
The port of Dreadmouth forms the administrative base of the Free Cities Accord. Chosen both for its relative power and its distance from the front, it is here that the lords of the various city states meet to plan social and military manners. Dreadmouth itself is a prosperous port, with both trade and privateer fleets filling the sheltered harbor.
Guilds and Factions
Dreadmouth College of the Bardric Arts - one the premiere schools of bardric magic for those bards that feel the need to be taught their craft. It is rumored to be secretly run by Fae creatures, something the Glamour Bards that have learned their craft there do not attempt attempt to deny.
