Dragonborn

The dragonborn of Sanzeia vary highly in appearance with some passing for almost human save for a few draconic traits (such as scales, horns, tails, etc) and some resembling man-sized versions of the monstrous creatures from which they take their name. Legends tell that the first dragonborn where created to be footsoldiers for mighty dragons, who thought themselves to proud and rare to personally engage in combat; however, there are equally many tales that indicate dragonborn the the product of romance between a shapeshifted dragon and a mortal.
Dragonborn are considered an unusual race in Sanzeia, and are often judged based on the color of their scales and the reputation of their supposed progenitor. Rumors exist of a far away land where an entire civilization of dragonborn exist.
