At the heart of Sanctum, which happens to be located beneath Oxchester, the World Soul is the place from which all the creatures of the natural world are granted life. this object, whatever it is, does not imbue a creature with life but instead pushes the matter it interacts with through time until the natural chaos of the universe brings it to life.
