Court of Hexes
The Court of Hexes is a Sisterhood of Witches and Hags that is lead by the infamous Coven of the Scarlet Brew after the usurped it from Baba Yaga. This court represents the influence of the Fey known as hags among the Courts of Eladrin and other Fey. They do their normal Hag thing, wheeling and dealing that Hags are up to but also watch police themselves so they don't get wiped out by some knights errant.
Structure
A number of covens compete with eachother for the favor of the Coven of the Scarlett Brew and conspire to take power to themselves.
