Basic Spellcraft
What is a Basic Spell?
According to modern magic research, a Basic Spell is defined as a modular linguistic construct that produces a supernatural effect when spoken. In contrast to True Spells or Ancient Spells, Basic Spells are created and not found. With a deep enough understanding of the Magic Language and its rules, Basic Spells can be modified at will and one can understand its purpose only by reading its composition.
