Xynnars' Mines

Location

Found within the gated community Xynnar Upper, the ancient tunnels start from the back end of the compound to lead to the underground of a massive mining operation expanding a vast area underneath The Burning Rise.  

Materials

  Since The Arcane Plague ravaged the realm the scarcity of raw materials has dwindled dramatically. As such this mine was set up as an attempt to mine the rare minerals of The Burning Rise known as Crimsiron. Other materials found within the mines are regular iron which is transported from Xynnar Upper to Abercast to reinforce the city against any intruders.   Crimsiron is a rare material with only one known place of origin, The Burning Rise. It was mined primarily during Abercastian War, as a tool against the elves of the north. It has the ability to be more prone to enchantments and almost unbreakable in normal combat.  

History

Not much is known of the area in or around Xynnar, only that a great city of the same name once stood in its place. It was part of the lost civilisation of Ghaari a hybrid between the Dwarven Craftmanship and the elven arts of arcane and mysticism. They dwelled together in this area, both above and below ground sometime during a cataclysmic event they disappeared and so did their secrets of crafting, including the use of the rare material Crimsiron.
