Seismographic Sigil
This sigil keys into the very motions of the terra firma itself. The tremors and quakes that are more commonplace underground can be harnessed by this druidic magic. It functions in practice a great deal like a teleportation circle, but rather than sending people through a magical fold in space, it sends them down fault lines. This one has been placed quite specifically to key into one of the fault lines underneath Sanctuary.
It is capable of sending or retrieving people from places where the fault line has been appropriately enchanted. Those places are few and far between, and often must be discovered.
Using the sigil requires knowing the appropriate magic, which is a closely guarded secret of the Institute.
