Lichencrept Node
Throughout the Unders nodes of fungalite seem to crop up. Wherever they are, life follows. This one in particular has encouraged the growth of lichens along the walls of the local cavern. Large frills and shelves of the thick half fungus have algae cover the walls so densely that the stone itself is largely obscured.
Provided of course that is just lichen. There is always the risk that it is a Lichentroll resting, waiting for a fresh meal. Can’t live on emanated energies alone down here.
