There comes a time that people need to let loose and dance with abandon. To be joyous and free, vibing and thriving. The Cultists of Lophiiformes - Patron of All that Sinks in many of their disparate forms all share one tradition in common.   These celebratory raves are noted for the wearing of anglerfish headdress that illuminate with an otherworldly light. Enchanted paints on the body give the dancers unexpected endurance and resilience.   These are a time of welcome, and despite the reputation these cultists have for being dangerous, it is unheard of to have violence at one of their bioluminescent raves. If found in the caves and tunnels of the deep dark they will offer refuge and celebration to anyone who comes to them peaceably. This is often the only way to charter safe passage through territories under Adherents of the Deep Shepherd control.
