Candelabra Kobold Keep
This section of the Unders has been thoroughly claimed by the kobolds. When the people of Sanctuary hid behind locks and gates, the kobolds remained inside the caves, trapped and facing the fears which emerged from the deepest darks. They grew resilient, but also superstitious. They are known for wearing Candleabras on their heads, burning small packets of fungalite to keep themselves faintly aglow. They suppose this keeps them safe from the darkness.
Not so much as a keep, as what were once mines and a mining settlement down in the Unders. It was destroyed and fell into ruin, but the the kobolds have taken it as their own. They defend it ferociously and with great cunning. Enter their halls at your own risk.
