Halley's Comet passes by the Earth for the first time since 1910. In a strange turn of events, the Moon Men completely vanish at this time, and are never seen again. Only a red dust is found on the Moon where the Moon Men had a settlement. Some wonder if it was Rapture, or if the comet was a sort of Extinction Level event.

Roger Stevens sworn in as President
Political eventRoger Stevens, the original Patrioteen, is sworn in as President. Despite being 66 at the time of his swearing in, Stevens looks to be half the age, and pledges to continue to fight for equality around the world, and continue to push for greater technological advancements.
