Aasimar
Aasimar are not a true race in themselves, but rather a kind of planetouched, born out of happenstance. For seemingly no reason, children of ordinary parents will sometimes enter the world with immaculate white plumage, glowing golden eyes or other features that signify their celestial lineage.
Aasimar are similar in many ways to tieflings, whose heritage is fiendish in nature.
