Kettis

The Holy Nation of Kettis is the central kingdom of the world, acting as a place of holy pilgrimage, a center of trade, and a home to many people of varying classes. The highest point of the Kingdom is where the world's Primary Gods and Goddesses reside, watching over life and assuring the general safety of the world as much as they can.

The nation is broken up in five concentric plateaus, each serving a different purpose. Below the fifth plateau are roads to the four main continents of Sacrine: Nebosk , El , Shova , and Wendt

Ring 5: Entry - The lowest plateau acts as an entryway to the kingdom. The level is dominated by trade and attractions, being a center for all types of craftsmen, entertainers, political figures, and merchants. Though part of a holy nation, this area is rampant with thievery, and a seedy underbelly works top transfer black market goods throughout the world right under the noses of the pious.

Ring 4: Home - The second highest level of the kingdom is reserved for housing of both residents and visitors. Though the lower level is a place of many restaurants, this is where the true, homely inn. Here is where you can truly see the diversity of Kettis, as many species are permanent residents. In fact, it would be easier to list the species that do not have any presence in the ring.

Ring 3: Worship - The linchpin of a holy nation is its churches. Ring 3 is the smallest publicly accessible level, and many residents use it to their full advantage. Citizens go up to worship every few days, in accordance with their own faith, while outsiders come from far away for pilgrimage. This level also holds residences for the Holy Cloth, high figures in the different worship circles. From Paladins to Cardinals, the highest of their faith congregate here to pray, discuss, and figure out how to address the problems plaguing their faiths.

Ring 2: Wellspring - The second highest level in the nation is a large garden, a sanctuary of peace. Here is where the Angels and other celestial creatures reside, tending to the gardens in an effort to feed those faithful enough to reside in the nation. It is also from this level where springs of fresh water flow out, cascading down to the other plateaus to give an ever present source of clean nourishment.

Ring 1: Pantheon - The peak of the world. Only a handful of mortals have seen this place, and they describe it as perfection. A palace of shining marble where in the Gods and their Saints reside. One would have to achieve several lifetimes worth of piety in order to receive an invitation to appear here.
