Celocethia
As a nation, Celothia is just one large city and mining operation. The city, known as Grand Celothia, is a beautiful expanse close to The Basin in Wendt. It is a paradise made out of non-oxidizable metals found under the sea, giving it an air of mystical shininess. The capital is about 320,000 acres wide, slightly bigger than Aviso's capital, and houses all of the residents of the nation. That being said, one half of the population is gone at any given time, working at the various mining outposts that make up the rest of the nation. Miners work in two-months rotations, rewarding hard work with a two-month break. Guards for the mines have an average work schedule, keeping them sharp in the case of undersea monster attacks.
The Triton who live in Celothia are governed by Minister Junie Vestermen, who is responsible for upholding the kind work culture and home life that makes the nation successful. Most of the money in Celothia is made via trading their mined goods with other nations, typically through The Basin into Nebosk. These main minerals there that cant be found in other areas of the world (at least not easlily) are Sea Steel, Ocean Glass, and Ferrust. There are also live goods that they sell, namely the Sugar Slugs native to the area. Though small, the leech-like-slugs help diabetic folks monitor their blood sugar levels.
