Prince or Princess of Pravlaam

Prince or Princess of Pravlaam is a title traditionally and ceremonially granted to the second-in-line to the Vesarcan throne as a personal honour. The title is not heritable, and is transferred as needed to the current second-in-line. A purely ceremonial office, it comes with no lands or operational responsibilities. The current holder is Prince Aldebaran, second child of Arcturus XXXVI and younger brother of the heir apparent, Crown Princess Alsephina. He will be displaced from the position in the event of Alsephina giving birth to an heir of her own. Alsephina herself held the title until the death of her grandfather Arcturus XXXV, as she was the heir of then-heir apparent Arcturus XXXVI.
