Gate of Azralaar
The Gate of Azralaar is a large, rocky hill with a natural arch through it, through which can often be seen the moon of the same name, nearly perfectly centered in the archway. One thousand steps lead the way up the hill to the arch, and a stone platform at the base of the arch carved by the ancient Kapari people allows a scenic overlook of the hills and valleys below. The Kapari themselves knew it as the Door of Gaier before the unification, though the meaning is much the same; Gaier was their name for the moon.
The Gate is considered a place of great spiritual significance, believed in modern times to have been carved by the Menhir of Fomalhaut itself to celebrate the placid, enchanting moon.
