Zarcon Brath
He's just an old man that wants his ancestral home, Saltmarsh Manor, back as a nice play to spend his last days. Unfortunately, the place is supposedly haunted and it's been hard getting anyone to help deal with his troubles. He's been staying at Fortune's Glory in the meantime waiting for someone to clear his home.
Update
The Souper Troopers cleared out this "haunted" manor, which turned out to be a small gang led by a mage that really liked to dabble in illusions. Upon returning with the update, Zarcon made eventually moved to settle into his manor doing old people things.
