Ba Jaathsk

Ba Jaathsk, which means "not buried", are people who have been passed, died, and have not been buried. They have fallen asleep, but just as sunrise wakes the living, so does it also disturb those in their eternal sleep. The light of the sun disturbs them, and during the day they wander about, waiting for their burial. They can be hostile. Because of this legend, dead people's eyes are covered and they're kept in a dark room until they are buried, and bodies are never transferred anywhere but always entombed soon after their death in the nearest tomb.
