Chaor Taliyah
Deputy of Governor Igrene Astore of Xelion, Chaor is an artificer whose main combat strategy revolves around their vehicle. They have built a custom armored tank from which they fight when needed. They also have a pair of guns, a pistol and a rifle, each equipped with a Ruby of the War Mage. Yet they rarely find need for this arsenal, as their favored weapon is their razor sharp wit. A brilliant diplomat, Chaor knows how to sway people to do what he wants.
